to preserve and protect good physical and mental health and wellbeing among young people in school settings in the hampshire area by: a) providing motivational talks for those who may be struggling with their mental health and wellbeing or struggling within school; b) offering group fitness sessions; c) offering one-to-one fitness sessions as a targeted intervention to enable young people to learn how to use exercise as a coping mechanism to help them deal with hurdles in their lives and improve their physical and mental health and wellbeing; d) providing additional programmes as appropriate to meet the physical and mental health needs of young people.
