the objects of the cio are: 1. for the public benefit to promote the education (including social and physical training) of people regardless of their age in rural areas across the globe in such ways as the charity trustees think fit, including by: • awarding to such person’s scholarships, maintenance allowances or grants tenable at any university, college, or institution of higher or further education.• providing their education (including the study of music or other arts), to undertake travel in furtherance of that education or to prepare for entry to any occupation, trade, or profession on leaving any educational establishment. 2. to advance the christian religion, for the benefit of the public in the uk and other parts of the world as the trustees may decide, in accordance with the holy bible in particular, but not exclusively by: • broadcasting messages of an evangelistic and teaching nature;• the holding of prayer meetings, lectures, crusades, producing and/or distributing literature on christianity to enlighten others about the christianity religion;• missionary and outreach work such as providing ministry, pastoral care and support to those facing life challenges in particular those in prison, hospital or care homes. 3. the prevention or relief of poverty in the uk and other parts of the world as the trustees may decide, in particular, but not exclusively by: • providing grants, items and services to elderly people in financial hardship;• providing financial support or tools to widows to enable them to set up their own businesses, in order to generate a sustainable income sufficient to meet their needs;• providing educational training for unemployed young people or payments of fees for instruction, examination, or other expenses connected with vocational training, language, literacy, numerical or technical skills in order to gain employment and / or generate a sustainable income to meet their needs;• payment of medical expenses and provision of medical supplies or equipment to those in financial hardship.
