the objects of the cio are, for the public benefit, and as a demonstration of the gospel of jesus christ in accordance with the statement of faith:4.1. to promote the relief of those in need, hardship or distress by assisting with the provision of or by providing, improving, repairing, managing or maintaining affordable housing accommodation and any associated amenities, services or assistance;4.2. to promote the mental, moral, spiritual and physical welfare of the inhabitants of the housing accommodation owned or managed by the cio;4.3. to advance education and relieve those in financial hardship particularly by the provision of legal and other advice so as to advance them in life and assist them to adapt within a new community;4.4. to promote any other charitable purpose for the public benefit.
