the object[s] of the cio [are]the objects of the cio are for the public benefit of young males aged between 14 and 25 residing insouth tyneside:-to advance in life and relieve the needs of young people by:-(a) providing informal education support and advice on mental health and wellbeing, healthyrelationships and economic well being;(b) offering a safe space to come together with other young males and form support networks andfriendships, attending issue based support groups, and advice sessions; and(c) offering a range of physical, recreational, cultural and mindfulness activities. these programmeswill support mental health and wellbeing as well as developing decision making skills, increaseconfidence levels, improve the ability to form healthy relationships and awareness of harmfulbehaviours and their impact aimed at advancing their citizenship skills and economic aspirationssupporting them to live fulfilling lives.nothing in this constitution shall authorise an application of the property of the cio for the purposeswhich are not charitable in accordance with [section 7 of the charities and trustee investment(scotland) act 2005] and [section 2 of the charities act (northern ireland) 2008].
