the object[s] of the cio are for the public benefit of relieving the needs of individuals over the age of 16 who have an autistic spectrum condition (and who may suffer from related conditions), whether or not formally diagnosed, and their families and carers; in particular, but not exclusively, in chester and the surrounding area by:(1) the provision of advice and support sessions as well as social opportunities and(2) facilitating activities run by autistic individuals for autistic individuals(3) promote and facilitate volunteering and working across the community to develop services needed and integration in society(4) advancing the education of the public in the subject of autism to reduce negative outcomes on quality of life
