Objects:
the objects of the cio are:-to relieve the suffering of french bulldogs in need of care or attention by providing, funding and maintaining rescue homes or other facilities for their care, veterinary treatment, rehabilitation and rehoming of french bulldogs;to educate the public in matters pertaining to animal welfare in general and french bulldogs in particular; andto promote the prevention of cruelty and suffering among french bulldogs by working with other rescues, sanctuaries and welfare organisations.nothing in this constitution shall authorise an application of the property of the cio for the purposes which are not charitable in accordance with [section 7 of the charities and trustee investment (scotland) act 2005] and [section 2 of the charities act (northern ireland) 2008].
