3. the objects of the cio are:to promote:1. a) the need for young people [young people defined by young abuse support as those 13-24] to seek help if they are suffering from abuse by an intimate partner through our social media accounts.b) the need for more secondary schools and colleges in the uk to acknowledge intimate partner abuse in young people as a serious threat to their mental and physical well-being. 2) to encourage schools to use our resources on how to respond to victims of young partner abuse. the resource is written for designated safeguarding leads and counsellors, so they know how to adequately and compassionately respond to young people who are abused by their intimate partner.3) to act as a resource for schools and colleges and provide them with information on young partner abuse and posters which contain information for young people on how they can access help for intimate partner abuse.
