the charity’s objects are restricted specifically to the advancement of health for the public benefit in the area of adult intensive and critical care in particular but not exclusively by:(a) promoting the physical and mental health of the staff at the adult intensive care unit at the oxford university hospitals nhs foundation trust; and(b) fostering and improving collaborative partnerships internationally, between individuals and organisations involved in adult intensive care within or connected to the oxford university hospitals nhs foundation trust and internationally, by providing services and facilities not normally provided by the statutory authorities; and(c) facilitating national and international professional development and learning and fostering excellence in the provision of adult critical care for the benefit of the general public.
