the charity’s objects (objects) are specifically restricted to the following: for the public benefit to relieve the needs of children and young people resident in the uk who are bereaved due to the loss of at least one parent in sudden or tragic circumstances, and their families/carers, through the provision of:a) counselling, emotional support, holiday grants, day trips, gifts, skills workshops and activities designed to improve the conditions of life of bereaved children and young people;b) meals, domestic help and grants of financial assistance designed to support the family during a period of readjustment following bereavement.
