for the public benefit the relief of those in need in ukraine, in particular but not exclusively, by coordinating and developing services such as, the provision of clothing, food, finance, medical supplies and such other services for those in need as the trustees may determine;to provide relief for refugees and their dependents who are in conditions of need, hardship or distress;to preserve and protect the physical and mental health of refugees and their dependents including (but not limited to) protecting the rights of those individuals; to advance the education and training of refugees and their dependents in need thereof so as to advance them in life and assist in their rehabilitation within a new community.
