the objects of the cio are: to promote and protect the physical and mental health and relieve the needs of those residing in the boroughs of harrow, ealing, brent and hillingdon and surrounding areas suffering from mental health issues or isolation by the provision of activities such as counselling, exercise classes, knitting, arts and craft, befriending and other activities directed at improving the conditions of life for such people.
