"4.1 the charity's objects (""objects"") are specifically restricted to the following:4.1.1 to promote for the benefit of the inhabitants of etchinghill and east kent and the surrounding area the provision of facilities in the interests of social welfare for recreation or other leisure time occupation including but limited to golf for the public at large or those who by reason of their youth, age, infirmity or disablement, financial hardship or social and economic circumstances, have need of such facilities with the object of improving their conditions of life; and/or4.1.2 the promotion of community participation in healthy recreational activities."
