Objects:
the objects of the cio are for the public benefit:- a) the prevention or relief of poverty, either generally or individually, of people living in kenya by providing grants and items and services to individuals in need and/or charities or such other organisations working to prevent or relieve poverty; b) the advancement of education in particular (but without limitation) by providing financial and other forms of support for children and young adults in kenya; c) the relief of sickness and the preservation of health among people residing permanently or temporarily in kenya by provision of financial support;d) to relieve the needs of women, particularly, but not exclusively, those who have experienced, or are at risk of experiencing, gender-based violence and female genital mutilation in kenya, by the provision of grants and items directed at improving their conditions of life.
