the objects of the cio are to save life and relieve suffering and distress in persons who are lost, sick or injured, in the mountains, hills, valleys, river systems and urban areas of south east wales, mid wales and adjoining areas in england and if required to support other mr teams elsewhere in the uk in their operations.nothing in this constitution shall authorise an application of the property of the cio for the purposes which are not charitable in accordance with [section 7 of the charities and trustee investment (scotland) act 2005] and [section 2 of the charities act (northern ireland) 2008].
