Objects:
the charity's objects ('the objects') are:the objects of the charity shall by the relief of sickness and the protection of health. in furtherance thereof but not otherwise the charity shall have the following powers:-i. to transport blood, donor breast milk, samples and other items used for medical or surgical treatment of patients for doctors, hospitals, hospices, laboratories and chemists.ii. to co-operate with the emergency services.[nothing in this constitution shall authorise an application of the property of the cio for purposes which are not charitable in accordance with section 7 of the charities and trustee investment (scotland) act 2005 and/or section 2 of the charities act (northern ireland) 2008.]
