the object[s] of the cio [is][are]1. to preserve and protect good health for the public benefit by advancing education infirst aid and other life saving skills and by making grants for the delivery ofemergency first aid and other life saving skills, to individuals and communities forwhom cost or accessibility is a barrier to learning these skills, throughout the u.k., orinternationally, as the trustees see fit; and2. to advance education for the public benefit by advancing individual capabilities,competences, skills and understanding of first aid skills, entrepreneurship andpersonal development to individuals and communities for whom cost or accessibilityis a barrier to learning these skills, such as access to business coaching, mentoring,employment skills and opportunities which the trustees see fit to support, throughgrants or donations, to organisations that are in alignment with its charitable aimsand values.nothing in this constitution shall authorise an application of the property of the cio for thepurposes which are not charitable in accordance with [section 7 of the charities and trusteeinvestment (scotland) act 2005] and [section 2 of the charities act (northern ireland) 2008].
