1. for the public benefit, the relief of men in need in the uk, who may be experiencing or at risk of experiencing poor mental health, by means of, but not exclusively:a. increasing awareness of, and reducing the stigma attached to, men’s mental health;b. providing early intervention opportunities for men to work on their mental health such as socialising, coaching and counselling;c. creating content, events, partnerships and experiences that encourage men to share their own inner struggle in a friendly, supportive and non-judgemental environment.2. for the public benefit, the promotion of good mental health in children and young people under the age of 18, and their families, who have experienced, are at risk of, or are recovering from mental health difficulties, through the provision of support and practical advice.
