the objects of the cio are:3.1.1 to act as a resource for young people by providing advice and assistanceand organising programmes of physical, educational and other activities asa means of:(a) advancing in life and helping young people by developing theirskills, capacities and capabilities to enable them to participate insociety as independent, mature and responsible individuals;(b) advancing education;(c) relieving unemployment;(d) providing recreational and leisure time activity in the interests ofsocial welfare, designed to improve their conditions of life.3.1.2 to further such other charitable purposes according to the law of englandand wales as the charity trustees think fit from time to time.
