1) the promotion of social inclusion for the public benefit in england among people who are socially excluded from society, or parts of society, as a result of being deaf or hard of hearing and assisting them to integrate into society by providing free information, advice and advocacy services in british sign language (bsl) designed to enable them to access key services which are otherwise widely inaccessible and to maximise their potential. 2) the promotion of equality and diversity for the public benefit in england, in particular the equality and inclusion of deaf and hard of hearing people by: a) the elimination of discrimination experienced on the grounds of disability or deafness;b) raising awareness in equality and diversity;c) cultivating a sentiment in favour of equality and diversity.
