the objects of the cio are:(1) the advancement of the christian faith for the public benefit in the borough of havant and elsewhere, as the trustees from time to time may think fit, by any means whatsoever including (but not by way of limitation) the preaching and proclamation of the christian gospel, the teaching of christian doctrine and principles, the pastoral care of christian people and the production and distribution of the bible, christian literature, media products and other resources.(2) the relief of persons who are in conditions of financial need, or who are infirm for reasons of age, ill-health or disability.
