Objects:
the objects of the charity are to advance the education of the public in the knowledge, study and conservation of birds in the counties of suffolk and norfolk, with a particular focus on the waveney area, and to promote the preservation and conservation of such birds, in particular (but without limitation) by:a) encouraging the submission of records of wildlife seen in the two counties; to publish records and other information for members and the public; and to share this information with other wildlife organisations as appropriate.b) managing or participating in the management of nature reserves;c) publishing newsletters or articles for the counties;d) liaising and working with local and national organisations ande) carrying out educational activities including indoor and field meetings, and ringing of birds, for the benefit of the membership and the wider public.â€
