3.1.1. for the public benefit, to relieve the needs of children affected by autism, additional needs or children awaiting diagnosis, their parents/carers and family members, primarily through:3.1.2. providing recreational activities and opportunities for sensory play / stimulating environment in the interests of social welfare with the object of improving the conditions of life;3.1.3. the provision of advice and essential support for children and their parents/carers and family members; and3.1.4. signposting individuals to other organisations when appropriate; and3.1.5. offering a supportive and non-judgemental environment for both children with autism alongside benefitting parents, carers and families through an inclusive community and through adherent support guidelines.the charity shall be non-party in politics and non-sectarian in religion. the area of benefit (“area of benefitâ€) shall be wigan and the towns surrounding it.
