Objects:
the objects of the charity are for the public benefit and specifically restricted to:a) the advancement of the christian religion in accordance with the statement of beliefs; andb) the relief of persons who are in conditions of need, hardship, age or sickness;c) the advancement of public education in accordance with christian principles by the establishment of community outreach, seminars, events, nurseries etc. but without restricting the generality of the foregoing, establishments for the education and equipping of persons in christian leadership, mission and ministry; andd) to make gifts in cash or kind for such charitable purposes as the charity shall in its absolute discretion determine ( and “charitable purposes†shall bear the meaning defined in section 2 of the charities act)
