rahe amal projects is established to further the following objects, in particular but not exclusively across pakistan and azad kashmir:the prevention and relief of poverty in particular but not exclusively by providing grants and items to individuals, families and communities;the advancement of education in particular but not exclusively by providing grants and resources to educational facilities and educational projects and also by promoting education for children in uneducated communities;the relief of sickness and the preservation and protection of good health, in particular but not exclusively by providing grants to assist with the process of testing, diagnosing, treating and managing health conditions, and also by providing clean safe water;the advancement of environmental protection in particular but not exclusively by raising awareness around waste reduction;the maintenance, improvement and provision of public amenities, inn particular to help maintain roads to keep them safe enough for use; andthe relief of those in need by reason of old age, disability, financial hardship, natural disaster or other social or economic disadvantage in particular but not exclusively by providing grants, clean water, medicines, shelter, food and clothing to the affected individuals.nothing in this constitution shall authorise an application of the property of the cio for the purposes which are not charitable in accordance with [section 7 of the charities and trustee investment (scotland) act 2005] and [section 2 of the charities act (northern ireland) 2008].
