4.1 the objects of the charity are:4.1.1 the advancement of amateur sport, in particular but not exclusively the sport of netball, for the public benefit by assistance in the provision of facilities for participation in sport; and4.1.2 to further such charitable purposes (falling within the descriptions of purposes set out in s.3 of the charities act 2011) as the trustees see fit from time to time.
