payments to pensioners who shall be poor widows and who have resided in the borough of northampton for not less than 5 years next preceding the time of their appointment. (preference to persons who have resided in the parish of st. peter.) annuities to poor widows or widowers of not less than 60 years of age who have resided in the borough of northampton for not less than 5 years next preceding time of election. (preference to pesons who have resided in the parish of all saints.) (1) the objects of the charity are to make grants and interest free loans for nineyears (or such other terms as the trustees decide) to or for young peopleresiding in the borough of northampton for:a) the relief of need by reason of youth, ill health, disability, financial hardshipor other social or economic disadvantage;b) the advancement of education or training; orc) establishing them in work, vocation or otherwise in life.(2) in furthering the objects, the loans and grants will be made in the followingorder priority:a) loans to or for young men;b) loans to or for young women;c) grants to or for young men; andd) grants to or for young women. clothing for six poor widows of the parish of all saints, northampton on st. thomas's day. loans to not more than 3 deserving women in each year who are over 21 years and under 35 years of age resident in northampton and in need of financial assistance to prepare assist or establish themselves in their chosen profession trade or calling. clothing for poor freemen of the county borough of northampton. to the mayor of northampton for the preferment of a poor maid in marriage. “the objects of the charity are to make grants and interest free loans for nine years (or such other terms as the trustees decide) to or for young people residing in northampton for: a) the relief of need by reason of youth, ill health, disability, financial hardship or other social or economic disadvantage; b) the advancement of education or training; or c) establishing them in work, vocation or otherwise in life
