"the charity's objects (""the objects"") are:a. to relieve the suffering and distress of animalsthis object is to be achieved in all or any of the following ways or in such other ways as the directors think fit:b. by maintaining the centre for treating unwanted sick or ill-treated animals at foal farm, biggin hill, westerham, kent tn16 3ax or to expand and relocate the farm as may be found necessary;c. by undertaking the sheltering of animals parted from their owners either permanently or temporarily;d. by making arrangements for the care and/or rehomeing of and responsibility for animals;e. by purchasing animals when necessary;f. by co-operating with other organisations having a similar charitable object;g. by educating the general public in the care of animals generally and the treatment of unwanted sick or ill-treated animals specifically. to relieve the suffering and distress of animals (a) by establishing and maintaining a centre for treating unwanted, sick or ill-treated animals. (b) by undertaking the sheltering of animals parted from their owners either permanently or temporarily. (c) by making arrangements for the adoption of and responsibility for animals. (d) by purchasing animals. (e) by painlessly destroying animals following advice from veterinary surgeons. (f) by co-operating with other organisations having similar charitable object."
