(ii) financial assistance to persons under the age of 24 years and who are students, apprentices or trainees for the purchase of books, work clothing or tools necessary and essential for academic study or vocational training, for tuition fees and travelling expenses. (iii) a financial grant to any voluntary organisation providing assistance to the elderly and the persons named in (i) (ii) above or in such other ways as the trustee think fit.
