Objects:

(a) the almshouses belonging to the charity shall be used as residences for poor widows resident in the ancient parishes. (b)income divided into three equal parts and applied in following manner:- i benefit of poor widows resident in ancient parishes of welney and west welney. ii maintenance and repair of parish church and churchyard of ecclesiastical parish of welney. iii public purposes for the general benefit of the inhabitants of the ancient parishes for which provision cannot be made out of public funds.
