Objects:
(1) the relief of persons resident in the area of benefit who are in need hardship or distress. the trustees may relieve persons in need by: (a) making grants of money to them; or (b) providing or paying for goods, services or facilities for them; or (c) making grants of money to other persons of bodies who provide goods, services or facilities to those in need. (2) the provision and maintenance of a recreation ground and facilities in the area of benefit. (3) the provision and maintenance of a recreation ground and facilities in the area of benefit. (3) the provision and maintenance of a village hall for use by the inhabitants of the area of benefit without distinction of political, religious or other opinions, including use for: (a) meetings, lectures and classes, and (b) other forms of recreation and leisure-time occupation, with the object of improving the conditions of life for the inhabitants. (4) if and in so far as the income of the charity cannot be applied towards the objects above it may be applied for the general benefit of the inhabitants of the area of benefit in such charitable ways as the trustees think fit.
