the income of the charity shall be divided into four equal parts and allotted to each of the following:- 1. two equal fourth parts of the clear yearly income of the charity shall be applied by the trustees as they think fit for any charitable purposes for the general benefit of the inhabitants of the parish of newport pagnell. 2. one fourth for the maintenance and repair of the fabric of the parish church of newport pagnell. 3. one fourth for the beneft of the poor fo the parish of newport pagnell generally, or for such deserving and necesitous persons resident therein.
