provision of almshouses for spinsters and married couples of the working class and not less than 60 years of age who are resident in wimborne at the time of appointment and if and in so far as income of the above mentioned charity is not required for application in accordance with the provisions of the above mentioned scheme of the 11th november 1971 the trustees may apply the same in or towards the upkeep and repair of the homes belonging to the charity called the abbeyfield wimborne and district society limited, at wimborne and subject there for the benefit of persons resident in the said homes.
