Objects:

1) to afford relief to persons who shall have been members, and shall have fallen into decayed circumstances, and to the widows and children of persons who shall have been such members, and which widows and children shall be in distressed circumstances. 2) to afford relief to other persons in like circumstances, who shall be or who shall have been attorneys or solicitors and have resided or practised within the limits of the city or county of the city of norwich, or the county of norfolk or their widows or children in like circumstances of any such persons.
