the annual income is to be shared twice a year amongst the indwellers distribution in cash at christmas in each year amongst indwellers of the hospital yearly income to be applied in keeping st. nicholas' hospital churchyward in good order to be divided amongst the poor of the hospital almshouses and pensions for 30 poor persons, 15 of either sex, married or unmarried, and being members of the church of england.
