3/5ths of income to the parochial church council of the ecclesiastical parish of stapleford to be applied by them in or towards the maintenance and repair of the parish church of the ecclesiastical parish of stapleford and the maintenance of services therein and subject thereto, for furthering the religious and other charitable work of the church of england in the said ecclesiastical parish. 2/5ths to be applied in relieving either generally or individually persons resident in the parish of stapleford who are in conditions of need, hardship and distress by making grants of money or providing or paying for items, services or facilities calculated to reduce the need, hardship or distress of such persons.
