to distribute the nett income between the royal medical benevolent fund and the epsom college so long as existing and among such other charities established solely for the benefit of the medical profession and/or their widows, orphans and dependents as the trustees deem desirable. the amount received by each charity to be applied as follows:- (a) one moiety towards the relief of poverty and destitution, preference to be given to members over 60 and to the relief of poverty of widows and children of such members. (b) one moiety towards education to daughters (or failing this to sons) of deceased male members of the profession.
