the trustees shall apply the yearly income of the charity in making grants to female teachers being members of the inner london education who have been members thereof for two years at the least and owing to ill health or other involuntary cause are in need of relief with a preference for members qualified as aforesaid who are employed in full time educational service in the inner london education. if and in so far as income of the charity if not required for application in accordance with the trusts thereof contained in the said scheme of the 8th may 1956 as varied as aforesaid the trustees may apply the same in making grants to male teachers being members of any association in the inner london education area affiliated to the inner london teachers association who have been members thereof for two years at least and owing to ill health or other involuntary cause are in need of relief with a preference for members qualified as aforesaid who are employed in full time educational service in the inner london education area.
