to provide night and early morning coffee stalls under lady askwith's scheme. if in any year the property of the charity cannot be applied for the purposes aforesaid the trustees may apply the same for the general purposes of the charity called womens total abstinence educational union limited temperance educational work in berkshire. (a) to promote the moral and religious elevation of the people by educating them in the principles of total abstinence. (b) to promote the cause of total abstinence by providing temperance cafes, eating houses, canteens, public houses and restaurants and other places where meals and refreshments but not alcoholic beverages may be obtained. (c) to promote the moral welfare of the community by providing hostels and community homes where women employed away from their homes or otherwise homeless may be provided with accomodation within their means and in christian surroundings.
