to assist blind workers to spend a holiday by the sea. for payment of wages to blind persons for work done. for the general relief of blind persons who are in needy circumstances. the promotion of the general welfare of primarily the blind and in addition other disabled persons by means of employment,instruction,provision of pensions,grants and other financial benefits and general care and assistance of such persons as the association shall deem fit.
