the relief of women over the age of 50 who are in conditions of need hardship or distress either in the form of gifts in kind or grant of money which may include grants to any almshouse or other charitable institution established for the benefit of persons qualified as aforesaid provided that the income shall not be applied directly in the relief of the public funds but may be applied in supplementing relief or assistance provided out of public funds. the relief of poverty of women (working, retired or otherwise currently out ofwork) by the provision of accommodation or in such other ways as the trusteesthink fit including (but not limited to) providing support and advice to women andtheir children fleeing domestic violence or abuse, whether it be psychological,emotional, physical or sexual and whether from a partner, ex-partner, familymember or other persons.
