held upon trust at the absolute discretion of the trustees during the period of thirty years next or until the earlier expiration of the period of twenty one years from and after the death of the survivor of the descendents of his late majesty king george the fifth alive at the date of the execution of this deed whichever period shall be the shorter to pay or apply the annual income of the trust fund for such general charitable (including educational) purposes and objects hereinafter mentioned as the trustees may from time to time think fit the intention being that the income of the trust fund shall be applicable during the period aforesaid for: (1) relief of poverty (2) maintenance & education of orphans & boys & girls whose parents are unable to provide them with an education. (3) the advancement in life of such boys & girls (4) relief of aged, impotent & poor people. (5) maintenance of sick & maimed solidiers & mariners. (6) maintenance of schools of learning, free schools & scholars in universities. (7) repair of churches. (8) benefit of charitable institutions or societies. (9) any other charitable objects.
