(1)for the relief of needy children resident in the area of the former metropolitan borough of wandsworth who are not more than 16 years of age by the provision of assistance with holidays or in such other manner as the trustees think fit. (2)if and in so far as the said income in any year is not required for application as as aforesaid the trustees may apply the same in like manner for the relief of needy children resident in the london borough of wandsworth who are not more than 16 years of age.
