individually ladies who are members of the church of england and who are in conditions of need, hardship or distress by making grants of money or providing or paying for items, services or facilities calculated to reduce the need, hardship or distress of such persons. in applying such income, preference shall be given to ladies over 50 years of age who are widows, daughters or sisters of clergymen or of officers in the armed service of the crown or of professional men or gentlemen provision of a home for the benefit of needy, aged persons who are resident at the time of appointment in the borough of loughborough: provided that part of the land may at the discretion of the trustees be appropriated and used for the erection of an extension wing for the accommodation of needy, aged sick persons.
