in so far as in any year the one half share of income of the charity applcable for the purpose of providing nourishment nursing and comforts in their own homes for consumptive persons resident in the city of birmingham is not required, therefore, the trustees may apply the same in augmentng the other one half share of the income which is applicable in like manner for persons resident in the said city who are suffering from cancer.
