the provision and maintenance of almshouses for poor single women of good character not less than 45 years of age who have been resident in mountsorrel for no less than 5 years next preceding the time of the appointment.... 2) in default of suitable applicants qualified as aforesaid poor widows of good character possessing the necessary qualifications as to age and residence may be appointed almspeople 3) if on the occasion of a vancy among the almspeople there is no applicant qualified in accordance with the provisions of sections (i) and (2) the trustees may appoint a poor woman of good character of not less than 45 years of age provided that preference shall be given to an applicant who has resided longest in or nearl mountsorrel 1) the provision and maintenance of almshouses for poor single women of good character not less than 45 years of age who have been resident in mountsorel for less than 5 years next preceding the time of the appointment 2) indefault of suitale applicants qualified as aforesaid poor widows of good character possessing the necessary qualifications as to age and residence may be appointed almspeople 3) if on the occasion of a vacancy among the almspeople there is no applicant qualified in accordance with the provisions of sections (1) and (2) the trustees may appoint a poor woman of good character of not less than 45 years of age provided that preference shall be given to an applicant who has reside longest in or near mountsorrel
