objects of the charity(1) the objects of the charity are:(a) the relief of poverty by the provision of social housing in the form of almshouse accommodation for the beneficiaries subject to sub-clause 4 (3) below; and(b) such charitable purposes for the benefit of the residents as the trustees decide.(2) subject to the provisions of clause 5 (power to dispose of and replace purpose property), the land identified in part 1 of the schedule to this scheme must be retained by the trustee for use for the objects of the charity.(3) the trustee must retain 6 of the charity’s accommodation units for use by beneficiaries who are single women. “beneficiaries” means poor persons with a preference for persons of 50 years of age or over.
