Objects:
(a) to help needy persons suffering from nervous disorders whether arising from disease, injury or accident either by the provision or payment of pensions or by monetary grants or in such other ways as the council of the society may think fit. (b) (i) to assist persons suffering from nervous disorders for whom the national health service is not providing and who require medical treatment for their disorders which they cannot afford, to obtain such medical treatment; (ii) to make payments towards providing recuperative holidays for persons suffering from nervous disorders or for needy individuals who have such persons in their care and who, in either case, are in need of rest and change of air: (iii) to make payments to other charitable institutions or organisations having for their object the benefit of such persons suffering from nervous disorders. (iv) to make grants for specific projects of research into the causes, cure and relief of nervous disordersss
