for the benefit of the needy sick persons resident in the borough of todmorden in all or any of the following ways or in such other ways as the trustees think fit, namely:- (i) the supply of special food and medicines, medical comforts, extra bedding, fuel and medical and surgical appliances; (ii) the provision of domestic help; (iii) the grant of money so as to enable the recipients to obtain such benefits as aforesaid or to defray the expenses of convalescence including the expense of obtaining domestic help during convalescence; (iv) the relief of suffering, disability or infirmity among needy sick persons resident as aforesaid by such means as ghe trustees think fit from time to time, for the benefit of the needy sick persons resident in the borough of todmorden in all or any of the following ways or in such other ways as the trustees think fit, namely:- (i) the supply of special food and medicines, medical comforts, extra bedding, fuel and medical and surgical appliances; (ii) the provision of domestic help; (iii) the grant of money so as to enable the recipients to obtain such benefits as aforesaid or to defray the expenses of convalescence including the expense of obtaining domestic help during convalescence; (iv) the relief of suffering, disability or infirmity among needy sick persons resident as aforesaid by such means as the trustees think fit from time to time, the yearly income shall be applied in making payments under one or more of the following heads for the benefit either for the poor generally of the borough of todmorden or of such deserving and necessitous persons resident therein as the trustees select for this purpose and in such way as the trustees consider most advantageous to the recipients namely- (a) to make grants or contributions for or towards the provision of medical and surgical assistance nursing fees and maintenance in any hospital, nursing home or convalescent home or other institution(b) the provision of food and other comforts for any such patient or patients (including travelling expenses of poor patients to and from the hospital nursing or convalescent home or other institutions and including also the travelling expenses of any poor relation of the patient whom the patient desires to see and who in the opinion of the trustees has not the means to provide such travelling expenses) (c) the cost of providing proper care and provision (including any necessary cost of locomotion) for poor peersons qualified as aforesaid requiring temporary change of air or special protection or treatment (d) the promotion of the health of children under the age of fourteen years by the provision of medical surgical and other remedial assistance including the supply of spectacles and other medical surgical or remedial appliances' for the benefit of the needy sick persons resident in the borough of todmorden in all or any of the following ways or in such other ways as the trustees think fit, namely:- (i) the supply of special food and medicines, medical comforts, extra bedding, fuel and medical and surgical appliances; (ii) the provision of domestic help; (iii) the grant of money so as to enable the recipients to obtain such benefits as aforesaid or to defray the expenses of convalescence including the expense of obtaining domestic help during convalescence; (iv) the relief of suffering, disability or infirmity among needy sick persons resident as aforesaid by such means as the trustees think fit from time to time,
