1. to apply the income of the trust fund in payment to the brothers and sisters and other inmates of sackville college. 2. to apply all surplus income for or towards the maintenance and repair of the portion of sackville college in which the inmates reside. applied in augmentation of the general funds of the sackville college charity to pay a clergyman for holding a communion service in the college chapel. to pay the income arising from the fund in cash to such of the pensioners as shall be residents in sackville college on or about the 25th of december in each year and if more than one in equal shares. the trustees shall apply the income of the charity: 1. to pay the cost of repairs and insurance and all other charges and outgoings payable in respect of the charity and all the proper costs, charges and expenses of an incidental to the adminstration and management of the charity; 2. to establish and maintain a reserve fund for the purpose of providing for the extraordinary repair, improvement or rebuilding of the college and other property belonging to the charity; 3. for the benefit of the brethren and sisters or any of them in such manner as the trustees think fit from time to time.
