for the purposes of a library fund. in or towards the repair, upkeep and insurance of the howard hotel, llandudno during such time as the said hotel is used as a home for the blind the provision of relief of blind or partially sighted persons in such ways as the board of management of the society thinks fit the objects of the charity are, for the public benefit:(a) the relief of people who are blind or visually impaired (which shall be the principal object);(b) the relief of people with other disabilities; and (c) the relief of the families and carers of blind or visually impaired people and other people with disabilitiesprincipally, but not exclusively, by providing services, care, facilities support, advice, education and training.
